1. What kind of files do you accept for printing?

We accept PNG files with a transparent background and a recommended resolution of 300 DPI. This ensures the highest quality print.

2. Can I order just one transfer?

Yes! At Revtransfers, there’s no minimum order. You can order one piece or hundreds—whatever suits your needs.

3. How do I apply the transfers?

Our DTF transfers are easy to use. Simply use a heat press at 300°F (150°C) for 10–15 seconds with medium pressure, then cold peel. Full application instructions are included with your order.

4. What materials do the transfers work on?

Our transfers are compatible with a wide range of materials including cotton, polyester, canvas, blends, and more. They’re perfect for shirts, hoodies, bags, and other apparel.

5. How long does it take to receive my order?

Processing time is 1–2 business days, and shipping time depends on your selected shipping method at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times and customs fees may vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Contact us immediately at armandocabrera@revstore.net, and we’ll do our best to assist.

8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. If the issue is on our end, we’ll replace or refund your item promptly.

9. Will the colors fade or crack over time?

No. Our DTF transfers are wash-tested for 50+ cycles and remain vibrant and durable with proper application and care.

10. Do you offer bulk discounts?
